ATLAS MONETARY INTERNATIONAL TRUST HAS FILED A TENDER OFFER WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION TO BUY ALL 610,500,000 SHARES OF GENERAL MOTORS

On May 16th, 2009, I have filed a Tender Offer to buy all 610,500,000 shares of General Motors on behalf of the Atlas Triple Crown Investment Program.

Enclosed is Form CB which I have filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.

It is now officially registered, and I have directed the form to be published on www.harnessingthegrid.com so that it becomes a matter of public record.

We are purchasing GM to save General Motors from bankruptcy and to protect the jobs of all United Auto Workers.
