The Atlas Triple Crown Bar Code Program is a supplement to the Atlas Triple Crown Investment Program, in that provides a means to obtain 100% healthcare, reduced electric bills and retirement benefits for all other consumers that are not Members of the Atlas Triple Crown Investment Program, without the large investment required therein, as had been envisioned by Howard Hughes years before.

    REGULAR CONSUMERS:
The Atlas Triple Crown Bar Code Program is graphically shown in the following chart. To become part of the program, the consumer joins the program by signing up through the Administrator, Al Pal Corporation, a partnership of the Atlas Triple Crown Investment Program, under the Atlas Monetary International Trust.

When a bar code of a purchased item is scanned at the point of sale, the consumer invests 10¢ per scan, which is added to the bill automatically. The participating retailer will have entered an implied consent contract with the Atlas Triple Crown Bar Code Program and scans the consumer’s Membership Card to record the total investment in the consumer’s Asset Account in the central computer.

    INDIGENT & POOR CONSUMERS:
Recognizing that the indigent and poor consumer does not have the purchasing power of regular consumers, the Atlas Triple Crown Bar Code Program has been set up separately to serve their special needs. Their program goes into effect when they recycle any and all bar-coded packaging, upon earning the first $100.00 in recycling credits. The credits are earned by the Atlas Triple Crown Bar Code Administrator’s redemption of 10¢ for each returned bar-coded package, of which 5¢ goes to the consumer and 5¢ goes into their healthcare account for the individuals and their family. To enhance their well being, the indigent and poor consumers will also be offered jobs to administer recycling of the packaging for a standard living wage, in addition to their 100% healthcare coverage.

This part of the program aids in helping clean up the community while providing employment to the indigent and the poor, in addition to providing their healthcare. As they progress forward and evolve into regular consumers, they will also be eligible for a retirement account and reduced electricity bills as they acquire suitable housing, since in today's unstable oil-driven economy, many poor people are being locked out of their homes, many of which are uninhabitable.

    BAR CODE PROGRAM & ELECTRICITY

The Al Pal Corporation Bar Code Program that provides a 10¢ investment credit to individuals or companies for any items purchased using a bar code will be redeemable by the purchaser for 30¢ worth of electricity to be deducted from the purchaser’s electric bill. Twenty (20) scans will pay for 1 Watt of electric power installation in a solar photovoltaic (PV) power plant. A portion of the funds collected will be distributed initially to contracted banks for investment in solar power plants.

The complementary effect of the Al Pal Corporation Bar Code Program is to provide a cleaner environment by eliminating an overwhelming quantity of trash and refuse under the Consumer Redemption Program (CRP). The Company will implement a program to eliminate all waste dumps by recycling all materials buried in the dumps to energy producing elements; or recycled usage comparable to the aluminum recycling, including but not limited to paper products, iron, steel, tires and other material.

The Consumer Redemption Program (CRP) is facilitated by the funds from the Al Pal Corporation Bar Code Program, as a result of the fund collection therein and the computer controlled data processing used there. In this regard, Al Pal Corporation will have its Information Technology Data Processing Division to implement these programs, which will apply financial credits to centers redeeming the packaging.
