Harnessing the Grid

Education was extremely important to Howard Hughes. His dream was to create a university campus in every major city in the United States and in every country in the free world where all of his unique skills and disciplines could be taught to people from all walks of life.

During his later years while studying cryogenics at Vandenberg Air Force Base in Santa Barbara County, California; Howard Hughes wrote the instruction manuals for his Solar Engineering Doctorate Degree, as well as the Howard Hughes Life Extension Course and dozens of others. It was at Vandenberg where Howard formulated his "Grow, Not Mow" philosophy which has already begun to revolutionize the agricultural landscape throughout the world.

In his directives to Andrew J. Cipollo prior to his departure, Howard mapped out the blueprints for a training facility that has no equal anywhere on planet earth: ATLAS SOLAR UNIVERSITY.

Initially the two campuses of ATLAS SOLAR UNIVERSITY will be built in California City, California near the Airport, and at the Roosevelt Roads Naval Station in Ceiba, Puerto Rico. Those are the two locations which were mandated by Howard Hughes, and were stored with all of the course materials and blueprints in 192 filing cabinets, along with his Last Will & Testament, which have been carefully preserved for many years in a secure location by Andrew J. Cipollo on behalf of Howard and the Atlas Monetary International Trust.

An integral part of ATLAS SOLAR UNIVERSITY is ATLAS AVIONICS, since aviation was Howard's passion. At ATLAS AVIONICS, students will be trained in the skills and expertise of aircraft design, engineering and maintenance, as well as flight training; under specific guidelines and instruction materials which were hand-written by Howard during his later years.

Along with ATLAS AVIONICS, the main campus at Roosevelt Roads will house the HOWARD HUGHES AERONAUTICS MUSEUM, which will be an educational theme park attraction containing never-released photographs and writings of Howard Hughes, as well as his construction notes for many of his projects, including the building of the Spruce Goose; a flying marvel which was decades ahead of its time (pictured below):

Another component of ATLAS SOLAR UNIVERSITY is the acclaimed ATLAS COLLEGE OF FINANCIAL ENGINEERING. More than an ordinary business college, degrees will be offered in fiscal structuring, with emphasis on monetizing assets, in light of the coming transition to the Amero Dollar. Howard Hughes' own texts on contract neogiation, leasing, arbitrage and advanced banking principles will be taught. Students will learn how to set up irrevocable trusts to protect and pass assets from one generation to the next, as well as tax strategies which for years were only used by the wealthy; but will now be within the grasp of the common man. The Howard Hughes Federal Reserve Course will be offered for the first time in history. A graduate of the ATLAS COLLEGE OF FINANCIAL ENGINEERING will be GUARANTEED a job with the Atlas Monetary International Trust. We intend to create and enable the most intelligent men and women in the world through the implementation of Howard's wisdom and timeless knowledge; which had been locked away for decades but now available to everyone.

ATLAS SOLAR UNIVERSITY will also have a school dedicated to Howard Hughes' other passion: THE HOWARD HUGHES FILM INSTITUTE, which shall train students in the art of film making, movie production and cinematography, as well as a subdivision exclusively devoted to aerial photography. The Roosevelt Roads Naval Station provides an ideal setting and backdrop for a state-of-the-art high definition digital filmography academy, with its natural beauty and landscapes. As a youngster, Andrew J. Cipollo was also very interested in photography. Below is a picture he took of Howard in 1958 with his Hasselblad 120 Camera at the RKO Film Studios in Hollywood, California. Howard was 53 years old at the time this rare photo was taken by Andy, who was 17.

The Howard Hughes Life Extension Course will be offered at ATLAS SOLAR UNIVERSITY to all those who wish to follow the model of healthy "pharmaceutical-free" living which was created by Howard Hughes and practiced daily by Andrew J. Cipollo.
