To all those people and businesses which are suffering the tyranny and are being held hostage by the oil cartels and oil producers; Howard Hughes, represented by his one and only heir who had been relegated to anonymity until now, brings you a viable energy solution from the power of his Trust. The solution will provide low cost energy; translating into inexpensive transportation, a cleaner environment, the reduced cost of consumer goods, the benefits of lifetime healthcare at affordable cost, and retirement programs for all people. This is achievable today with the technology and the mandate that Howard Hughes left us, backed by all of the financial resources of the Atlas Monetary International Trust needed to execute the plan.

    A DESCRIPTION OF THE PLAN

The accompanying figure illustrates the plan to build low cost solar photovoltaic power plants with proven technology on 800,000+ miles of existing rights-of-way of the United States electric power grid at a cost that provides profits without the need for any government subsidies. The system consists of concentrator arrays using low cost gallium arsenide solar cells (a recognized, authenticated marvel of engineering) mounted on parabolic lenses that collectively track the sun during daytime hours. The latest lithium-ion polymer rechargeable batteries are used. They are recharged during the day to provide standby/nighttime power for 24/7 capabilities. The system draws over 30% supplemental power from the ground at no additional cost, a little known methodology successfully developed, tested and implemented by Howard Hughes in his proving ground facilities fifty years ago, in a similar scope and fashion that Tesla and Stubblefield did circa 1902. The total power produced under the grid is fed directly into the power lines with a precise balance of system equipment as alternating current under controlled conditions.
The result of this total technological approach is to lower the demand for generating station power and the need for oil and gas, thereby significantly reducing costs while at the same time maintaining the utilities’ profit structure. This configuration eliminates the need for additional land, and utilizes the existing grid without the need to upgrade the conductors by reducing the transmission losses by at least 50%, since the power is being generated closer to the point of usage. Alternatively, the solar systems currently can produce Hydrogen at an energy cost of 86¢ per gas-equivalent gallon, sans taxes, overhead and profit, if that is determined to be the fuel of choice.

    FUNDING OF THE PLAN

Atlas Monetary International Trust has the financial ability to finance APIP valued at approximately three trillion dollars (US$3,000,000,000,000.00) for over 1,000 Gigawatts of power, over a period of ten years or more at a cost of three hundred billion dollars (US$300,000,000,000.00) per year or less, which is part of Howard Hughes’ mandate to his heir. The production of the systems will be executed in all fifty states, in order to create jobs and economic power within each state, which will be a boon to federal, regional and local economies through the country.

    SUPPLEMENTAL PROGRAMS AND BENEFITS

During his lifetime, Mr. Hughes developed a continuously operating electrical generator to supply power to electric motors for automobiles, other transportation vehicles and power packs without recharging and without any need for fuel. This is described in the section for Ground Electric Company products under the paragraph “Spinning Battery Generator”.
Alternatively, the Trust will install electric charging stations in many commercial locations throughout the United States at its own expense and offer the public free electricity to charge their electric cars from the unused power capacity in the solar power plants. This service will be a springboard to the extended use of electric vehicles rising to the application of the spinning battery technology for vehicle power without supplemental means or assistance. This will be the “holy grail” of automotive and other power requirements for decades to come.
Since the technology progression dramatically reduces the need for oil or gas, it eliminates the tyranny of oil dependency in driving our vehicles, as well as eliminating toxic pollution from the air caused by gasoline-driven vehicles and conventional power plants. This initiative will help bring the United States into line with the requirements of the Kyoto treaty, without the costs formerly anticipated and associated with the need to upgrade our fossil fuel power plants and industrial facilities.

    THE ACTION PLAN

The heir to the Howard Hughes Estate, in his capacity as the Irrevocable Trustee of Atlas Monetary International Trust and its subsidiary, the Atlas Triple Crown Investment Program, is ready, willing and able to release the new technology and the assets of the Trust in order to carry out the Atlas Monetary International Trust National Economic Program and its corollary project, the Atlas Power Improvement Program (APIP), in conjunction with the Atlas Triple Crown Investment Program, which gives corporations, unions, employees and all other members of society the opportunity to become beneficiaries of the largesse of Howard Hughes’ Atlas Monetary International Trust and its resultant technology, directly and indirectly, as previously described and mandated.
The Atlas Monetary International Trust will implement and deploy a plan in Puerto Rico to develop a major industrial/commercial complex on Roosevelt Roads, the former United States Naval Base, which the Trust intends to purchase.

The program will concurrently move forward onto the mainland of the United States through the efforts of the Trust and its subcontractors, financial institutions and individual investors and patrons interested in participating in and sponsoring these programs with matching funds.

    EMPLOYMENT OUTLOOK FOR APIP

To execute APIP for 1,000 Gigawatts for a goal of ten or more years, it will require 200 manufacturing plants spread over 50 States, with each plant having a production capacity of 500 Megawatts per year. Each plant will employ 560 people on a 3-shift operation. Thus, the total number of employees in manufacturing including 3,000 maintenance personnel will be 115,000, which equates to 2,300 jobs per State.
